Use Reground only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects the rights of others. You are responsible for the information, project records, photos, and other content entered through your account, and for ensuring your team's use of the service is authorized.

Keep your account credentials secure and do not share them outside your authorized team. You are responsible for activity under your account and should notify us promptly if you believe there has been unauthorized access.

We may suspend or limit access when necessary to protect the service, users, or data, including for suspected misuse or a violation of these terms.

You retain ownership of the project data and content you submit to Reground. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, and display that information in order to operate and improve the service for you.

Trials, subscriptions, and paid features are governed by the plan presented when you sign up or upgrade. You may cancel or change plans according to the options available in your account. Fees already paid are handled in accordance with the terms shown at purchase, unless otherwise required by law.

We work to keep Reground available and reliable, but the service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside our control. Reground is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
